Am 41 ,a fitness freak!! i want to give you topson losing fat in the abs area
This is my personal experience .One of the first things is cardio. Cardio is indespesible in fat loss
Personally i would suggest do cardio only once or twice a week. Duration would be for 15 minues.
Next is weight training : the top exercises are - squats ,deadlifts,biceps ,triceps and shoulders
One can do heavy weights too.
abs exercise
Crunches and side crunches one day
Lower abs the other day. Some times combine both these exercises and do three times. Check out some videos on youtube like fat loss fast ,15 minutes of abs pain etc
Diet
One has to watch ones diet in order to lose weight,try high protien diets on weekdays
Eat only grilled chicken and brocolli on certain day
Eat fruits.
Suplements
Green tea is the best ,take it before running
Lots of b complex also helps
Iodine supplements help regulate thyroid health ,boost metabolism and improve fat burn.
Protein shakes post and pre workout also help
So thats it friends ,these are the steps i followed and found some signifcant changes in my waist line
over a period of two years. Yes this is not a fad diet,this is a long term health plan ,which if one follows will help one achieve good fitness levels
